Estates Helpdesk

The Estates and Facilities Helpdesk is the central point for our customers to log maintenance jobs and requests for services.

We deal with a variety of jobs including room set ups, general maintenance (electrical, plumbing, building), grounds maintenance, furniture modifications, washroom facilities, domestic services, to name a few.

Our team of professional Helpdesk Assistants are on hand to assist you with your query during normal operational hours (Monday to Thursday 08:00 – 17:00, Friday 08:00 – 16:00).

To report a fault or request a service, please use Estates Online.  If you are unable to use Estates Online, please email the helpdesk: estates@hud.ac.uk, for urgent works please call: 01484 472550.

If your request is urgent and is outside normal working hours, please call the Control Hub: 01484 472221, Option 5.
