Engineering Foundation Year Scholarship – £1,000*

 

* Eligibility criteria – Home students who achieve 64 points at A Level, or equivalent for other qualifications, and who enrol at the University on the course stated above in either from September 2023 onwards will receive a scholarship of £1,000, upon satisfying the following criteria:

  • Successfully complete the Engineering Foundation Year, having obtained an academic record of over 65%;
  • Progress onto and complete the First year of your chosen Undergraduate degree with an average of 65% or more in The School of Computing and Engineering at The University of Huddersfield
  • Engage with and complete the GPA program in both foundation and first year.

The scholarship will be paid upon successful completion of the first year of the undergraduate degree in one instalment at the end of the academic year.

Please note:

For this Scholarship scheme, should a student, at any point, fall below the thresholds outlined above, they will lose their scholarship entitlement and will not receive any payment.
