GREAT Scholarships 2024

In partnership with the British Council and the GREAT Britain Campaign, the University of Huddersfield is offering one scholarship to students in Egypt applying for postgraduate courses in Computing and Engineering and one scholarship to students in China applying for postgraduate courses in Education and Professional Development.

The GREAT Scholarships 2024 programme offers financial support of a minimum of £10,000 to students pursuing one-year postgraduate study in the UK. Students can apply for courses in a range of subjects, at the 72 institutions across England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.

The University of Huddersfield is offering;

One scholarship of £10,000 to students from China (mainland only) for courses in Education and Professional Development

One scholarship of £10,000 to students from Egypt for courses in Computing and Engineering

Application Process and Deadlines:

Students have to have applied to either the School of Education and Professional Development, or School of Science and Engineering and be in receipt of a conditional offer by the scholarship application deadline of 20 April
Scholarship application form is now open, and our University September 2024 application form for postgraduate study is now also open. Students must apply for this scholarship programme by 20 April 2024.
Panel will review each application and will inform successful candidates of the interview stage by 3 May 2024.
Interviews are scheduled between 13 and 19 of May. Candidates will be informed of the interview process and booking in the invitation email.
Final decision will be sent to successful candidates by 31 May.
