Welcome to Primary Education at the University of Huddersfield. I wish you every success with your course and hope that you find your time with us stimulating and enjoyable. We want to give you the best possible preparation for this. On this page, you’ll find information on induction, students support and an opportunity to join our Applicants' Facebook group and meet other new students on your course before you arrive in September. Welcome Information
In the pre-enrolment portal, you'll be able to take a look at your Welcome Schedule. This will include the date, time and location of your first meeting. During this time you can expect to:
- Meet your personal tutors and the academic staff that will be teaching you
- Meet the student support teams including our Progress Tutors, Placement Team and more
- Have a welcome and induction to the School of Education and Professional Development and meet your new course mates
