Occupational Therapy BSc(Hons)
Abdul is an Occupational Therapy student. He chose Huddersfield because of the range of facilities and the structure of the teaching. He has undertaken two work placements and is completing the Global Professional Award.
Sophie
Psychology BSc(Hons)
Sophie is a Psychology student who chose Huddersfield after coming to an Open Day. She likes the close-knit community feel on campus and gets on well with with the teaching staff on her course. She also works for the University as a Student Ambassador.

Creative Music Production BA(Hons)
Jonathan is a mature student who came to the University via the Access to HE diploma route. He is part of various student societies and lives in nearby student accommodation.

Computer Science with Games Programming BSc(Hons)
Edwin chose Huddersfield because of the specialist options available within Computer Science. He is on the autism spectrum and has accessed a range of disability support and taken part in various student societies and clubs.

Phoebe is a first year Professional Policing student. Attending an Open Day and Applicant Visit Day helped her see that Huddersfield was the right place for her. She also took part in our Headstart scheme, earning 8 UCAS points.

Biochemistry BSc(Hons)
Syed is a Biochemistry student who applied to Huddersfield through Clearing as he received higher grades than expected. He likes the lab faculties on his course and is part of various student societies; he has even created his own society.
Eloise
Filmmaking BA(Hons)
Eloise chose to study at Huddersfield because of its location and the range of opportunities and activities on offer to students. Her favourite things about the University are the community feel on campus and the range of facilities on offer.

Shufan is an IT student from Pakistan, who received a scholarship when he enrolled. He chose Huddersfield because of the high-quality teaching and low cost of living in the town. He has used various student support services to enhance his student experience.

Erin is a Photography student who applied to Huddersfield through UCAS Extra. She loves the facilities available on her course, and has immersed herself in student life through working for the Students' Union and taking on photography jobs across campus.
