Bing Copilot Chat (Enterprise) is an artificial intelligence (AI) chat function. You can use everyday, conversational language to ask Bing Copilot Chat (Enterprise) a vast range of questions to find answers, summarise text and files, generate ideas and more.

With Bing Copilot Chat (Enterprise), user data and business data are protected when you log in with your University account. This means that any information that is inputted, and anything generated by the tool, is not saved, and your data is not used to train the models.

Therefore, the University encourages the use of Bing Copilot Chat (Enterprise) when choosing an AI chat tool, due to its enhanced security and data protection features which are not offered in publicly available chat tools, such as ChatGPT.
