New advertising campaign

We’re excited about the launch of our new advertising campaign, supporting undergraduate home recruitment. The campaign focuses on the University’s high value, lower living cost offer, the student experience and sustainability goals, and looks to strike an emotional connection with our audience. The aim is to increase our brand awareness and support existing campaigns that boost Open Day registrations and encourage applications.  Ads link through to further information on our website, and of course details of our TEF Gold results, highlighting that we are the only University in Yorkshire and the Humber, and the North West to have achieved Gold in all 3 ratings in the September 2023 announcement.

Advertising will be live in bursts from 25 September to 19 November in transport hubs and leisure/retail complexes across the region. Video adverts will be broadcast to our target audience (prospective students, parents and influencers) on TV streaming platforms and YouTube, and audio ads will be targeted around their listening habits. Adverts will be served across various digital platforms

Monday 9 October: Sparck Jones Building – Ground floor foyer near the lifts

Tuesday 10 October: Student Central – Events space opposite Starbucks

Wednesday 11 October: Charles Sikes Building  - The Street

Thursday 12 October: Oastler Building - Level 4 Atrium
