We will shortly be launching this year’s Postgraduate Taught Experience Survey (PTES). PTES is a national survey, coordinated by Advance HE. It is carried out by the University and begins here on Thursday 25th May and closes on Friday 16th June.
PTES is the only national survey of postgraduate taught students’ experience of teaching and learning. The results give us valuable insight that we can use to act on students’ feedback to improve their experience here, as well as allowing us to celebrate what we do well.
We’re inviting all staff to promote the survey to their students to help raise awareness of PTES, tell them why it’s important, and encourage them to take part. The more students participate, the better and more useful the data will be.
Postgraduates will receive an invitation from our Jisc online surveys account and reminders from hss@hud.ac.uk asking them to fill in the survey using a personalised link.
Resources for the survey including a staff guide and promotional materials, including Lecture slides can be found on the Student Survey Team here.
