Age Inclusion in the Workplace Webinar (6 June 2023, 11:00am – 12:00pm)

 

This webinar will focus on raising awareness of age and ageism in the workplace and identifying ways in which you can develop a more age inclusive workplace.  The following key areas will be covered:

 

• The business case for multigenerational workforces.
• Generational differences and commonalities.
• What to consider in managing, engaging and recruiting specific generations.

This webinar will be delivered by Nozomi Tolworthy (she/her), Nozomi is an Inclusion and Diversity Consultant at Inclusive Employers, working with members and clients to provide them with expert consultancy, training solutions and supporting them with their organisation’s inclusion strategies. Nozomi is from Hong Kong and initially moved to the UK for her university studies, where she graduated with first-class honours. She has worked for several years in as a diversity and inclusion advisor within the University sector as well as having worked in creative roles within children’s television production.
