UCAS Embargo: 31 July – 17 August 2023
The results embargo period is when universities are given privileged, early access to embargoed examination results. This enables Universities to consider whether the applicant has met the condition of their offer and record ‘confirmation decisions’ ahead of results day – Tuesday 08 August 2023 (SQA results day) and Thursday 17 August 2023 (JCQ results day). It not only covers the results themselves, but the implication that a place has been achieved or not. All UCAS providers are required to comply with this.
The Embargo period is
Monday 31st July 18:00 to Thursday 17th August 08:00
