If you're looking for a practice that improves your physical fitness, strength and flexibility, as well as your mental wellbeing, yoga may be for you.

The University is currently running yoga classes with yoga instructor Emily Catherine every Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, with Tuesdays session open to both ActiveHud members and non-members this term as part of our Active Wellbeing programme.
