LGBT+ History Month Working Group-open to all!

LGBT+ History Month is an annual campaign each February which aims to increase the visibility of LGBTQ+ communities, their history and their experiences. It provides an opportunity for us all to learn and better understand the issues the LGBTQ+ community may face.

In preparation for LGBT+ History Month 2023, the LGBTQI+ Staff Network are inviting staff, students, and external organisations to join our LGBT+ History Month working group and help create an engaging events programme.

The first meeting will be held online via MS Teams on Thursday 17th November 12:15pm-1:15pm.

If you would like to attend the meeting and be a part of the group, please email Lauren Minto

Alternatively, if you do not want to join the group but would like to share some ideas of what you would like to see for LGBT+ History Month, please also feel free to email so that we can consider this feedback.
