We are delighted to announce a new, fantastic partnership with KAL (Kirklees Active Leisure) to provide a great value gym, group fitness class and swim offer open to all students and staff of the University of Huddersfield.

The brand new Spen Valley Leisure Centre will also be part of this offer when it opens in early 2022, providing even more opportunities to swim, gym, and take part in group fitness classes.

ActiveHud and KAL Fitness Club offers: -
Standard Membership - £18 per month
Access to gym and group fitness class facilities on campus and also at 10 KAL centres across Kirklees, providing you with 7-day access. You are also welcome to use the swimming pools at 8 of KAL’s leisure centres.
Plus Membership- £23 per month
Access to gym and group fitness class facilities on campus and also the 11 KAL centres across Kirklees including the Plus centre at the Stadium Health & Fitness Club, which includes, a refurbished Spa area with spa pool, sauna & steam room, plus a 25m swimming pool. There is also a café within the centre.
The facilities at ActiveHud will be reopening on 6 September but in the meantime you can use the KAL centres.
As well as the new exciting partnership with KAL, ActiveHud will be offering an active wellbeing programme, social sports programme, classes and personal fitness services.
