Join Team Hud every week for a weekly weigh in between Monday 3 February – Monday 13 April and challenge yourself to lose a healthy 1lb/week! If you struggle for motivation Team Hud have comprised a variety of packages (which are optional) to support you in your challenge. With each sign up £10 goes to orphaned children in a remote primary school in Guizhou Province, China. So why not do a good deed by donating to charity and taking part in the 10lb challenge to gain a healthier, fitter body too  (10lbs/week target subject to current weight).

First weigh in to take place on Monday 3 February between 8.00–9.00am and 1.00–2.00pm. We may offer Tuesday 4 February weigh ins for any late sign ups. Please see the below documents for more information.
