Brian Culleton, the University’s Director of Apprenticeships, said, “We are delighted that the quality and strength of our apprenticeships have been acknowledged by these Ofsted ratings. “The COVID-19 pandemic presented many challenges, but the support offered by our employer partners for their apprentices on our apprenticeship programmes has been exceptional. We have worked in collaboration with our employer partners to ensure that the quality of education and off-the-job training that the apprentices received continued to excellent.
“We will soon be recognising the superb achievements of our apprentices and employers when we announce the winners of the first University of Huddersfield Apprenticeship Awards on Wednesday 8 June.”
