Open Day parking

Dear Colleagues

Our final Open Day for this recruitment cycle will take place this Friday, 1 December .  This follows on from our very successful, and well attended Open Days in September, October and November.  As usual we will be offering parking to our visitors.  This means that there will be no staff parking available on that day at any of the staff car parking sites on or off campus.  All staff parking areas will be offered to our visitors (other than for those staff who use disabled parking bays).  If you usually park on any of these sites you will need to make alternative arrangements for that day and as usual you can claim back reasonable costs of alternative parking through the staff expenses procedures.

I am sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you, but offering parking to our visitors is something that makes a big difference to their open day experience.
