Skype for Business is a powerful communication tool. You can send instant messages, make voice calls, make video calls, have group conversations, schedule calls, transfer files and more. What is Digital Workspace?

There are a whole host of new service and technologies on the way that will update your current University Windows computer and update the services you access such as email and UniDesktop. We are also making significant behind the scenes changes to how we manage your University computer to make it easier to support and update in the future.

There are so many new things that we have grouped them together under the banner ‘Digital Workspace’. Everyone (including students) will get the new Digital Workspace between September 2017 and September 2018.
