Visti da Fuori: Politics and Society in Italy as seen from abroad

In her role as co-convener of the PSA’s Italian Politics Specialist Group,  CRISS researcher Dr Arianna Giovannini has organised an international one-day conference at the University of Urbino (Italy), entitled “Visti da Fuori: Politics and Society in Italy as seen from abroad”. The event will be held on the 18th of December, and is hosted by LaPolis (Centre for Political and Social Studies) and the Department of Economics, Society and Politics (DESP).

This will be a high-profile event, including an introduction by Ilvo Diamanti (director of LaPolis, Professor of Political Science, and editorialist for the Italian daily La Repubblica), a keynote speech by the former Italian Prime Minister Enrico Letta, as well as contributions from leading international academics, political commentators, think-tanks, journal editors, and journalists.
