Ayman Soliman, President, Egyptian Student Society

As the President of the Egyptian Student Society, I help to organise the society and its activities. We promote Egyptian culture, food and fashion on campus and welcome all students and staff along to our events to join in. It is great fun and we also participate in campus events such as the International Food and Culture Festival, Arabic Day and Egyptian Day. I love the cultural mix in the University, as it makes staying in Huddersfield not only entertaining but fruitful as well. The teaching staff are very helpful and knowledgeable, and the teaching techniques they adopt are different and make it easy for students to better understand while engaging and enjoying their classes.
