Information for existing bookings

Each tour will be for one household only (with a maximum of 5 people from that household) and all members of the party must wear a face-covering when inside any university building unless exempt for personal medical reasons. Our tour guide will wear a face-covering throughout the tour and will remain socially distanced from the group.

All our buildings are Covid-secure, but if you would rather not go inside, please feel free to stay outside during your tour.

You should not attend the tour if you are displaying any symptoms of COVID-19, are required to self-isolate or are generally feeling unwell. If that is the case, please contact us by email at adamarketing@hud.ac.uk and we can advise you on rebooking your tour. If you can no longer attend your tour, please tell us by email so we can let tour guide staff know.
