Siobhan leads the development of the University’s Human Resources Strategy and oversees its success. She is responsible for the delivery of human resources, including pay and pensions, organisational development and health services for the University.

Siobhan leads the development of the University’s Human Resources Strategy and oversees its success. She is responsible for the delivery of human resources, including pay and pensions, organisational development and health services for the University. As Director her role is also to ensure that the University attracts and retains the highest quality of staff by being an employer of choice within the region and the HE sector. Siobhan is currently Chair of the regional University HR Director Group and a Fellow of both the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and the Chartered Management Institute.
